Life Upload — Instant Estimate
Most assistants start as strangers. Yours doesn’t have to. Send us your archives — documents, notes, years of records — and your assistant arrives already fluent in your world. Use the estimator below to see what your import would cost, before anything goes anywhere.

How import pricing works
Life Upload is private archive preparation, organization and import. Pricing follows the size and complexity of the job — file quantity and formats matter as much as gigabytes — and the final written scope is confirmed with you before any work begins.
| Package | Typically | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Personal Life Upload | An organized archive of documents, notes, PDFs and selected correspondence — written scope, file inventory, deduplication, text extraction, organization and indexing, import onto your appliance, verification report, deletion confirmation | from $750 · Buy → |
| Complete Life Upload | Multiple email accounts, decades of business records, scanned documents, photos with text, audio and video, multiple people or organizations, knowledge-graph creation, custom classifications, ongoing human review | Custom quote — typically $2,500–$10,000+ |
What happens after you say go
- Send your data — documents, archives, or records you approve for import.
- Receive your quote automatically — priced from the data volume, exactly like the estimate above.
- Approve — nothing is processed before you say yes.
- The job is scheduled automatically — you’re told how long it will take and when to expect completion.
- Results return to you — loaded onto your appliance or delivered to your private storage, encrypted end to end. Working copies are removed from our systems, with written confirmation.
Why it’s worth it
An assistant that has read your last ten years of work doesn’t ask who your clients are, how you write, or where anything is. From the first conversation, it answers like it was there. Processed privately, loaded onto your device, then erased from our systems.
