Before you join a service that will live with you for a year and more, it is reasonable to want honest answers first — in writing, before you commit to a year. That is what the application is: written, reviewed, and answered. This page is how you reach us, whichever door you are coming through.
Ready to apply? Start at the application page. The service opens as the Founding Sixteen — sixteen numbered memberships: twelve Home, four Studio. You apply in writing, your application is reviewed, and if we can serve your household exceptionally, an invitation follows with a ten-day window. It then begins with the Archive Assessment ($1,950 Home / $3,950 Studio) — delivered work you keep, which holds your number and is credited in full against your founding year.

Email support@digitaltwinpro.com with the subject “Before I apply” and tell us three things:
- What you would hand it first — the reading, the drafting, the archive nobody has organised. If you run a firm or a practice, say so: the confidentiality questions come first, and we answer them plainly.
- Roughly how much material there is, and where it lives today.
- Where the system would sit, and whether anyone else would use it.
We reply within one business day, Miami time, with an honest answer. There is no charge, no obligation — and if this is not right for you, we will say so — in writing, before any invitation.
Estate & Office — by conversation only; discretion as standard. Multiple homes or sites, monthly written reviews, and a full archive program, from $36,000 a year — never a cart product. Write with “Estate” in the subject and tell us about the properties, the people, and what the assistant would carry. Everything is scoped and priced in writing before anything is built, and these conversations stay private.

Write to support@digitaltwinpro.com. Replies come within one business day; Studio members receive priority replies, and Estate scopes carry monthly written reviews.
