If it breaks, we fix it. That is the deal.
The short version: throughout every paid year, the service is our responsibility. If the service breaks, we fix it — and if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. Here are the details, in plain words.
The guarantee is part of the service, not an extra. For every year you have paid for, a fault in the service is our problem: we put it right at no charge, under the same written playbook every time, and you deal with us — one contact, one process, no phone tree. There is no separate warranty to buy and no clock that runs out while you stay. In the hardware era this page promised to repair or replace a machine; there is no machine any more, and this guarantee is what replaced that promise.
What the guarantee says
Two sentences. If the service breaks, we fix it — that is our job, not yours, and you will never be asked to diagnose anything. If we cannot fix it, the remainder of the paid year is returned. We will not dress that up as more than it is, and we will not deliver less.
How a claim works
It takes one email. Write to support@digitaltwinpro.com with what went wrong, in your own words. We confirm what we found and what we are doing about it, in writing, and we write again when it is put right. If it cannot be put right, that letter says so and sets out the return of the remainder of the paid year.
Your data, during an incident
Continuous and encrypted, as part of the service — a fault does not mean a lost memory. Restoring them is our job, not a step you take.
You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time — not only when something has gone wrong — and you receive it.
We restore your assistant from backup as part of the service, and write to you when it is done.
Before the year is final
The guarantee sits inside older protections, and they have not moved. You order and pay at checkout; within days we write back — a decline returns every dollar, and until our letter confirms the year you may withdraw in writing. From that letter the year is final. Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure and the link; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year.
If you end the service
What ends is the service and the care around it, including this guarantee. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time, including before you go, and you receive it; then your space and everything in it is deleted, and the deletion is confirmed to you in writing. The written scopes, and the Assessment's scope and demonstration, stay yours.
What is not ours to fix
Some things sit outside our boundary, and we would rather say so here than surprise you later:
- Your own internet connection. This is a cloud service: your questions travel to it over the internet, and without a connection you cannot reach it. Nothing is lost while you are offline, and when the connection returns, your assistant is exactly where you left it.
- The outside accounts you connect — your mail, a calendar, a file store — which run under their own terms. When one of them is the problem, we say so plainly and help where we can.
- An answer you disagree with. The assistant can generate inaccurate or incomplete outputs, which is why answers cite your own records — so you can check them.
If you are not sure which side of the line a problem is on, tell us anyway — deciding that is our job too.
