About Digital Twin Pro
Digital Twin Pro makes a small box that lives at home, with an assistant inside. Yours arrives with a name you can change. You pay once for the box — the three months of Managed Private AI are included free — and what you tell it stays on your appliance unless you send it out. If you ever want more help — like having us load years of your records for you — those are one-time services you choose, not a plan you're signed up for.
We make a product and we stand behind it. We're not a reseller, and we're not a company you rent time from. The box, the assistant, the setup, and the records we can load for you — that's what we make.
Why we built this
We kept asking ourselves the same questions. Why does every useful AI live on someone else's computer? Why should the story of your family, your business, your health, sit in a data center you will not see? What would it take for a normal person to own this instead of renting it?
So we started building the answer at a bench in Miami. A box you buy once. An assistant that lives with you, learns your world from your own papers, and asks before anything leaves the house. We assemble, configure, and test every one by hand, and we put our name on the result.
Some owners want to run it all themselves. That is the whole point of owning it, and the box does not make you pay again to keep working. Others want a person standing behind the machine - keeping it current, watching its health, tuning it as life changes. That is what Managed Private AI is: our team staying involved, only as much as you want, for as long as you want.

The bench in Miami
This company came out of years spent at Goldman Sachs building reconciliation systems — the software that double-checks trades. Its entire job was to catch the number that did not agree with the other number, and to show its work when it did. You do not get to say “probably.” You show the source.
That is the habit we brought to this. An assistant that guesses confidently is worse than one that says nothing, so Digital Twin Pro is built the other way around: an answer cites where it came from, or it tells you it does not know. The machine that double-checks trades became the machine that double-checks AI.
The rest is a bench in Miami. Aluminum case, torque driver, the software loaded and the assistant introduced, the whole unit tested, then boxed. Every system that ships is assembled and tested by hand at that bench — one unit at a time — which is also why the Limited 16GB Release is one run of forty and not four hundred. When something is wrong with your machine, you are not filing a ticket into a company. You are telling the people who built it.

What you get
$1,699, once, for the box. It's genuinely yours, and nothing is required after that. It is built to order and confirmed with you in writing before we build it, all sales are final, and it comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty.

Who stands behind it
Digital Twin Pro is an independent company in Miami, Florida, built on a background in Goldman Sachs reconciliation engineering and computer science. We hand-assemble and check every system we ship — how it's built, what's on it, and how to get it back if something ever goes wrong — and we handle every conversation about Studio and multi-box setups ourselves. When you buy from us, the people accountable are the people who built your machine, and you can reach them.
What we add
We didn't invent the parts inside. What we add is the finished thing: choosing and testing what runs on it, setting up your assistant, writing down exactly what's on the box so it can always be put back, walking you through the first day, and answering when you call afterward. It's the work you'd otherwise do yourself, already done.
