About Digital Twin Pro
Digital Twin Pro is a small company in Miami, Florida, and we do one thing. We make an always-on assistant, built on your own material and run entirely by us, in your own encrypted space in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, cared for as long as you stay. Your assistant has a name from the first day, and you can change it. It is one assistant, yours alone — and because there is no machine to build or ship, it is ready in days.

The first year costs more because it contains the preparation — your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it — as well as the first year of the service; every year after is the service running.
What we actually believe
An assistant is only worth having if it is yours. Not a seat in somebody's product, and not a memory of your life pooled with everyone else's. So we build the opposite: one assistant, yours alone, in a sealed space of its own in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services. Every record in that space is scoped to you and nobody else; your files sit encrypted, the keys held in AWS KMS; and when your assistant thinks, it reaches its models through Amazon Bedrock, over private networking inside the same boundary — not the public internet. That is the whole thesis in one line: your assistant answers to you alone.
The strongest commercial models are part of the service — chosen by us for each kind of work, billed inside the fee. They are not ours, and we will not pretend they are. What is ours is everything around them: the boundary they work inside, the record your assistant answers from, and the rule that what you send them is never used to train them and never shared with the companies that make them.
And once your assistant knows you, it should answer you wherever you are — the kitchen, the office, the house you only see in August — with everything it knows held in the one space that is yours alone. One assistant, one memory.
Why we built this — and why it is a service
We kept asking ourselves the same questions. Why should the story of your family, your business, your health, sit pooled in somebody's product, read by systems that answer to advertisers? And why should the alternative mean becoming your own IT department?
So we built the answer, and we shaped it as a service on purpose: you should not have to choose between privacy and having somebody look after things. We prepare and load your archive by hand under a written scope, build your assistant on it, keep it current, keep your backups honest — they run continuously, encrypted, and restoring them is our job — and answer when you write. One service, one bill. If the service breaks, we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. One service instead of a stack of subscriptions — and one boundary, watched end to end.
We are not selling you a login in somebody else's product. We take responsibility for the finished experience: the assistant, the loading, the running, and the relationship after.
Where the habit comes from
This company came out of years spent at Goldman Sachs building reconciliation systems — the software that double-checks trades. Its entire job was to catch the number that did not agree with the other number, and to show its work when it did. You do not get to say “probably.” You show the source.
That is the habit we brought to this. An assistant that guesses confidently is worse than one that says nothing, so Digital Twin Pro is built the other way around: an answer cites where it came from, or it tells you it does not know.
The first version of this service was built around a machine of its own, meant to be assembled at a bench in Miami: aluminum case, torque driver, each machine to be checked by hand. How a small company supports this
Fairly asked, plainly answered. The service runs in one private cloud on Amazon Web Services — one boundary, watched end to end — so a fix made once applies to everyone at once, and problems surface to us early, because we are the ones running it. Backups run continuously, encrypted; restoring them is our job, and you can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time. If the service breaks, we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. Small team, one boundary — that is the whole trick.
