What does it cost?

$9,995 the first year — everything included. $5,995 each year after. Before it, if you like, the Archive Assessment: $1,950, credited in full. The first year costs more because it contains the preparation — your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it — as well as the first year of the service; every year after is the service running. There is no start fee, no usage charge and no per-person charge. One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. Several homes, several offices, or staff spread across sites: by conversation, scoped in writing. Not sure which you are? Will my renewal figure change?

Not while you renew without a break. If the figure we ask of new clients ever changes, it applies to new confirmations only — never to yours. The fee covers the ordinary use of one household or one practice, and nothing is ever metered. A standing scheme of extraordinary work — automation at a scale beyond ordinary household or practice life — is scoped with you in writing first.

What is the Archive Assessment?

$1,950. It is delivered work you keep — a written scope of your material and a working demonstration — credited in full against the first year by the one-use link in your Assessment letter. It is the smaller first step, and chapter one of the first year done first.

What happens after I order?

You order the first year and pay at checkout. Within days we write back with one of two letters: a decline, with every dollar returned, or our confirmation, which sets down the year, the anniversary date and the renewal figure. Until that confirmation you may withdraw in writing and we return every dollar; from it the year is final — the date is not: if the date it names will not do, say so by return and we find one that does. Nothing ships and there is no machine to build, so it is ready in days: your archive is prepared and loaded by hand under the written scope, your assistant is built on it, and the year begins on the date in the letter. While the service runs, if the service breaks we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned.

What protects me before the year is final?

There is no generic seat to lend out — your assistant is built for you alone — so what protects you is written down. The Assessment is a smaller first step, delivered work you keep, credited in full. Our letter confirms the year before anything begins, and until that letter you may withdraw in writing and we return every dollar. The written scope comes before anything is loaded. And while the service runs: if the service breaks we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned.

What happens after a year?

The renewal is $5,995 each year after — we write thirty days before each anniversary with that figure and the direct link, and nothing renews unless you use it. Your assistant keeps learning as your material grows, and what it learns serves you and nobody else while the service runs. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year; then your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed to you in writing. One service instead of a stack of subscriptions.

Is my data safe with an AI assistant?

The honest version: safety depends on where the work happens and who can reach it. Here the work happens in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States, in an encrypted space of your own. Every record in it is scoped to you; it is encrypted at rest, with keys held in AWS KMS, and encrypted whenever it moves; and the stores that hold it have no public endpoints, so there is no address on the open internet where your archive can be asked for. When your assistant thinks, it reaches the models through Amazon Bedrock, inside the same boundary as everything else, over private networking rather than the public internet. Never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else’s model. No ads, no selling your information. Every promise we make is collected on one page so you can hold us to it.

Do you train on my material?

No. Your material is never pooled, never shared and never used to train anyone else’s model — and the models your assistant uses are not trained on what you send them. What happens instead is narrower: your archive is loaded and organized so your assistant answers from your own records, with citations, and what it learns about you serves you and nobody else. Corrections and deletions of what it remembers are honored, and confirmed in writing.

What would happen if Digital Twin Pro went away?

Honestly: the assistant runs in our private cloud, so it would stop — we will not pretend otherwise. What protects you is on paper rather than on a shelf. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time, not only on the way out, and receive it. Backups run continuously, encrypted. And the service guarantee is plain: if the service breaks and we cannot fix it, the remainder of the paid year is returned. Your history is yours to take with you; keeping the assistant running is our job, and it is the whole of our job.

What can it do without asking me?

It reads what you authorise and drafts on its own. It sends nothing, posts nothing and buys nothing without your yes. It never moves money and never signs anything. What does it connect to?

Can I use it when my internet is down?

No. This is a cloud service: your questions travel to it over the internet, and without a connection you cannot reach it. We will not dress that up. What a dropped connection does not do is put anything at risk: your material sits in your own encrypted space, backups run continuously and encrypted, and nothing is lost while you are offline. When the connection returns, your assistant is exactly where you left it.

Who is it for?

Two doors, one product. The first: households — families, executives, estates and family offices — who want their own records answered from a space that is theirs alone, never pooled into somebody else’s product. The second door: professionals who carry a confidentiality obligation — attorneys, whose use of public AI tools can put privileged material on outside servers under consumer terms, and physician-owners, whose patient records deserve handling set down in writing. For a practice, the handling is the point: records scoped to the practice alone, loaded under a written scope, never used to train anyone else’s model, and deleted on ending with written confirmation. How does it begin?

Nothing arrives, because nothing ships — there is no box and no machine. Once our letter confirms your year, we prepare and load your archive by hand under the written scope and build your assistant on it, in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services. It is ready in days. On day one you sign in, connect what you already use — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, your files, Telegram, email — and say hello: your assistant introduces itself by name, and you can change the name.
