Before it ships
- 1. We assemble — your appliance is built in its precision aluminum case and tested by hand.
- 2. We configure — the software image is loaded and Hermes is set up for you. If you chose archive import, your approved documents are processed privately and loaded on.
- 3. We ship from Miami — with a quick-start card and QR pairing code in the box.
When it arrives
- 4. Plug it in — power and Ethernet. No monitor, keyboard, or mouse required.
- 5. Pair your phone — scan the QR code and claim your private assistant from your dashboard.
- 6. Start delegating — chat or speak, connect messaging apps, upload documents, and let Hermes help with drafts, summaries, reminders, follow-ups, and recurring work.
After that
Use it as-is forever — there is no required subscription. Or add a care plan: managed updates, health monitoring, encrypted backups, and human support. Concierge clients get a named specialist for setup and tuning.
