Capacity — three honest labels

Official hardware capacity: NVIDIA states DGX Spark provides up to 1 PFLOP of theoretical sparse FP4 performance, 128GB LPDDR5x unified memory at 273GB/s, 4TB self-encrypting NVMe, 10GbE, and ConnectX-7 at 200Gbps, and that a single system can work with models up to 200B parameters (two connected systems: up to 405B). These are capacity statements, not latency or quality guarantees.

Warranty, returns, and shipping

One-year limited Digital Twin Pro service warranty (subject to underlying hardware warranty terms). Request an evaluation return within 15 days of delivery; normal evaluation use is permitted — return shipping, condition requirements, data-erasure procedures, and any disclosed restocking fee follow the Refund Policy. Ships insured with signature required from Miami, FL; lead time is stated at checkout.

Is a subscription required? No. There is no required Digital Twin Pro subscription — optional one-time services only.

Edge or Spark? Edge ($1,999) is a personal always-on assistant with small local models. Spark is for large local models, development, heavier document work, and team-ready deployment. See the comparison page.
