Fleet Management for Businesses

For businesses deploying multiple Digital Twin Pro or Digital Twin Pro Spark systems, Digital Twin Pro can provide a managed fleet architecture using approved remote-access and edge-management tools.

Fleet Management may include device enrollment, secure remote access, update deployment, software-component rollout, configuration management, device grouping, monitoring workflows, recovery planning, and owner-approved maintenance windows.

For larger deployments, AWS IoT Greengrass can be used to deploy software components and configurations to individual devices or device groups — Greengrass deployments define the components and configurations sent to each enrolled device or thing group. Tailscale SSH can be used for scoped remote administrative access when approved by the owner, with access controlled through Tailscale users, groups, and ACLs.

How an engagement works

  • Start with a written assessment. The Fleet Management Assessment ($99) reviews your sites, existing systems, and goals, and delivers a written deployment plan and scoped pilot proposal, priced in writing.
  • Pilot before scale. Fleet deployments currently run as a pilot program, by consultation — capabilities are scoped per engagement, not sold as off-the-shelf features.
  • Everything is owner-approved. Access methods, update windows, and monitoring workflows are agreed in writing before anything is deployed.

Your retail promise is unchanged. A personal Digital Twin Pro appliance never requires a subscription. Fleet Management is a separate, optional business engagement for multi-site deployments, scoped and priced in writing — and remote access is always owner-authorized and scoped.
