Why nothing ships

Nothing ships any more. Digital Twin Pro is a service delivered online — it runs entirely by us in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, and there is no machine to build, box or send. We keep this page because links to it exist from the years when something did.

What arrives instead

A letter. You order and pay at checkout; within days we write back with one of two letters — a decline, with every dollar returned, or our confirmation, which sets down the year and the anniversary. Until that confirmation you may withdraw in writing; from it the year is final. The date in our letter is the date your year begins, not a delivery date, because there is no delivery.

How soon it is ready

Days, not weeks. With no machine to build or ship, the time between our confirmation and a working assistant is the time it takes to prepare and load your archive by hand, under a written scope. Where it runs, and what that means, is set out plainly on the private cloud page.

What delivery costs

Nothing. There is no shipping charge, no international rate and no customs form, because nothing travels. Nothing is added at checkout.
