Shipping Policy
Every Digital Twin Pro is assembled, configured, and quality-tested by hand before it ships from our facility in Miami, Florida.
Order processing
Orders are prepared and configured within 2–4 business days. Because each unit is set up and tested individually, we take the time to make sure it arrives ready to run.
Shipping & tracking
We ship within the United States via UPS or FedEx Ground with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your unit is on its way. Typical transit time is 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Duties or taxes for international destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders
We ship internationally on request. Please contact support@digitaltwinpro.com before ordering from outside the United States so we can confirm carrier options and delivery estimates.
