Each of the forty is built to order in Miami, and your order is confirmed with you in writing before we build it. Founding units are final sale; every system carries a one-year limited hardware warranty, and if a unit is faulty we make it right at no cost to you. Unsure whether it fits your situation? Is it really just power and ethernet?
Yes. The unit arrives already built, enrolled, and configured. You plug in two cables, and your assistant says hello. If you would like company for the first session anyway, your founder installation is included — that hour is about your life, not about cables.

What does the first year of Managed Private AI include?
For twelve months your box gets the newest models and software as they arrive, new abilities monthly, regular health checks, and front-of-queue support — the same Essential plan owners pay $49/month for. After the year it is $49/month or $490/year if you want to carry on, and we will tell you before anything is ever charged.

How is it managed without my data leaving?
Updates, health, and care travel over a managed device connection — control signals and software, not your documents. Your questions, files, and history live on the appliance. The data boundaries page lists exactly what leaves in every case, including messaging channels.

Why only forty?
Because that is the hardware we set aside for this run, and because the first units belong with the people who followed the journey. Future systems will exist; this edition will not.
