Within days we write back with one of two letters: a decline, with every dollar returned, or our confirmation, which sets down the year, the anniversary date and the renewal figure. Then you receive the written scope, we prepare and load your archive to it by hand, and your assistant is ready on the date in the letter.

Everything else is added to the first year, not chosen instead of it: the Archive Assessment before it, and the service renewed each year after. There are no tiers, no second thing to buy, and no cheaper version of it set beside this one.

The Archive Assessment $1,950

A written scope of your material and a working demonstration built on a sample of it, which you keep either way. Delivered work, credited in full against the first year by the one-use link in the letter that delivers your Assessment. It is the same work every first year begins with.

What you pay for yourself

Sales tax where it applies, added at checkout. An internet connection, which you already have — you reach your assistant over it, and there is nothing to install. Nothing else: no start fee, no usage charge, no per-person charge.

One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. Several homes, several offices, or staff spread across sites: by conversation, scoped in writing. Not sure which you are? Order the first year; if it needs more, our letter says so before anything is final. Your material, and what your assistant remembers of it, is yours alone: scoped to you, pooled with nobody, and never used to train anyone else’s model. You always hold the originals and may ask for a complete copy at any time; ask us to delete something and you get written confirmation that it is gone, and when the service ends your space is deleted and we confirm that in writing too.

You begin with the first year. If you like, add a piece of the work before it: you choose a slice of your own records — whichever part of your paperwork you would most like taken off your hands — and we catalogue what is actually in it.

You receive a written scope: what can be loaded, what cannot, how long it would take, and what it would mean for an assistant to know it. Alongside it comes a working demonstration built on a sample of your own material rather than on somebody else’s. You keep both, whether or not you go any further — and it is the same work every first year begins with.

    There is no machine to build or ship, so the wait is short. You sign in, say hello, and it already knows whose household it is working for. The connections you choose — the mail, calendar, files and messages you already use — are approved by you and connected by us, under your own accounts, to the written scope.

Your material lives in an encrypted space of your own, in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Every record in it is scoped to you — your files, your messages, what your assistant remembers of them — encrypted at rest, and encrypted whenever it moves.

Never pooled, never shared

Never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else’s model. No advertising touches it, and nothing about you is ever sold — not now, not later.

What reaches the models, and when

When your assistant thinks, it reaches the models inside the same boundary as everything else, without travelling across the open internet. They see only the minimum a given piece of work needs, and what they see is not used to train them and not shared with the companies that make them. The strongest commercial models are part of the service, paid for out of the same fee: no meter, no extra bill.

The scope comes before the loading

You receive the written scope of your material first, and nothing is loaded until you hold it. Ask us to delete something and you get written confirmation that it is gone.

Prepared by hand

Your archive is prepared and loaded by hand, to that scope, and your assistant is built on it — so it begins already knowing your history rather than starting as a stranger.

If it breaks, we fix it

Throughout every paid year the service is our responsibility. If it breaks, we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. You will never be asked to diagnose anything, and there is no separate warranty to buy.

Backed up, and a copy is yours to ask for

Backups run continuously, encrypted, and restoring them is our job. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time — not only when something has gone wrong — and you receive it.

Final, and said plainly

You order and pay at checkout; we write back within days — a decline returns every dollar, and until our letter confirms the year you may withdraw in writing. From that letter the year is final. Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure and the link; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year.

And the one that costs us the most: we read every order, and if we cannot serve you well we say so in writing and return every dollar. Until that letter you may withdraw in writing; from it the year is final. We would rather turn someone away than take a year's fee for a poor fit.

We do, by hand, to the written scope you hold first. That is what the first year's preparation is: your records prepared and loaded into a sealed, encrypted space of your own, and your assistant built on them, so it begins already knowing your history rather than starting as a stranger.

What can it do without asking me?

It reads what you authorise and drafts on its own. It sends nothing, posts nothing and buys nothing without your yes. It never moves money and never signs anything. What will it not do?

It can be wrong, which is why every answer shows the file it came from — you can check it in one tap. It is not a doctor and it is not a lawyer. It never moves money and never signs anything, and neither of those is a setting you can turn on. And it is only as good as the material you hand us, which is why the written scope comes before the loading.

Will I get an extra bill for the big AI models?

No. The strongest commercial models are part of the service — chosen by us for each kind of work, reached inside our own cloud boundary, and paid for out of the same fee. There is no meter and no extra bill.

What happens at the anniversary, and if I stop?

Your year runs from the date in our letter, and that day is the anniversary. Buying the first year is the sign-up; there is no second form. Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure and the direct link to renew; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year; a year already begun is final, and billing ends with the paid year. You keep your own material — you always held the originals, and you can ask for a complete copy at any time — the written scopes, the written record of what was loaded, and, if you took it, the Assessment's scope and demonstration.
