Your files live on your Digital Twin Pro, and backing them up is entirely in your hands. There is no copy of them on our servers and no plan to pay for. You choose what gets saved, where it goes and when.
How do backups work?
- Open the backup section in the app on your phone and pick what to include — your settings, your conversations, your papers, and anything you have added yourself.
- Send the backup to a place you own: a USB drive, a drive on your home network, or any storage you control. It goes out scrambled.
- Do it again whenever you like. Before a big change is a good habit. Backups stay on your network unless you choose to send them somewhere else.
What data is included?
A full backup takes your assistant's settings, your conversations and papers, and anything extra you have added — enough to put the box back exactly as it was when you saved it.
How do I restore?
- Sign in to the app and open the backup section.
- Point it at one of your saved backups and choose Restore.
- The app shows you which day you are going back to, and warns you before anything newer gets written over.
For technical readers. Backups can go to a USB drive you plug in, or to a shared folder on your own home network. Archives are encrypted at rest and in transit; the restore flow diffs the snapshot timestamp against current state before overwriting.
What if something goes badly wrong?
Every box ships with a factory-reset copy of its software, so you can always get back to a clean, working start and then lay your own backup on top of it. If you would rather have a person do it with you, a one-time Expert Session ($349) covers backup and restore hands-on.
