Every promise, in one place
This page collects what is true about your assistant and your service — where your information lives, what reaches the models and when, and what we do and never do. It also sets down the terms of the year: one bill, everything included, and stop in writing at any time. Everything here is written in plain words. If anything on this page ever seems to disagree with what your assistant does, tell us. Prefer to write to us first?
1. Where your data lives
In your own encrypted space, in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Every record in it is scoped to you — your files, your messages, the assistant's memory of them — encrypted at rest with keys held in AWS KMS, and encrypted whenever it moves. The stores that hold it have no public endpoints; there is no address on the open internet where your archive can be asked for.
In the hardware era this page said there was no copy of your life on our servers. That is no longer how the service works, and we would rather say so than blur it: your material lives with us now, inside one boundary we watch end to end. That is exactly why this page is specific about the boundary, and why where it runs is written out in full.
2. What reaches the models — and when
When your assistant thinks, it reaches its models through Amazon Bedrock, inside the same boundary as everything else. That traffic travels AWS private networking, not the public internet. The models see only what a given piece of work needs — the minimum context retrieved for that question — and what they see is not used to train them and not shared with the companies that make them. Guardrails run on model traffic in addition to our own authorization rules, and the credentials that connect your accounts are held in a secrets vault, retrieved just in time, and never shown to the models.
The strongest commercial models are part of the service — chosen by us for each kind of work, and paid for out of the same fee. There is no meter and no extra bill. And what you connect stays yours to choose: a messaging app you connect carries its messages under that app's terms, and connecting something new — or widening what the assistant may reach — happens only with your yes.
3. Your yes before anything moves
Reading and drafting happen on their own — that is the point of an assistant. Acting does not. Nothing is sent or booked without your approval, and the approvals themselves are built to be checked:
Your yes first. Consequential actions — sending and booking — happen only with your approval, one thing at a time.
Approvals expire. A yes is not a standing power; it runs out, and widening what the assistant may do is yours to allow.
Everything is logged. Whatever the assistant does is written down, so the word private is checkable rather than decorative.
And answers cite your own records — source, date and location kept end to end — so what comes back to you can be checked, not taken on trust.
4. Backups, and your copy
Backups of your material run continuously and encrypted; restoring them is our job, not a step you take. Separately from backups, you can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time — not only on the way out — and receive it.
5. Deletion — in writing
Ask us to correct or delete something the assistant remembers and it is honored, confirmed in writing. And when the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, and the deletion is confirmed to you in writing. Nothing about you stays behind.
6. The terms
- One assistant, yours alone. Built on your material under a written scope, it serves you and nobody else while the service runs; when the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed in writing.
- The service is annual and bought directly. We read every order and write back within days; if we cannot serve you well we decline and return every dollar, and until our letter confirms the year you may withdraw in writing. From that letter the year is final. Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure — $5,995 — and the link; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year.
- The Archive Assessment is delivered work you keep, credited in full against the first year. The first year is final from the letter that confirms it.
- The renewal figure named in your confirmation letter holds for as long as you renew without a break; new figures apply only to new confirmations.
- If the service breaks, we fix it. That is our job, not yours — and if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. The full promise is on the service guarantee page.

7. Payment security
Checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout. Card details go to the payment processor, not to us — we never see or store your card number.
8. What we never do
- No ads, and no selling your information — to anyone, ever.
- Never pooled, never shared, never used to improve anyone else’s model. Your material is used for your job and nothing else, and the models your assistant uses are not trained on what you send them.
- No action without your yes — nothing is sent or booked until you approve it, approvals expire, and everything is logged.
- No imported or invented reviews. Client reviews appear only as real years are served.
- No surprise pricing — one price, stated plainly: the price you see is the whole price.
- No moving money — your assistant never pays anyone, transfers anything or places a trade. Not with your approval either: we do not build it, which is why we can say it this way.
- No signing — it never signs or accepts an agreement on your behalf. Only a person binds you, and only in writing.
9. Support, in writing
