Every promise we make, in one place. This page collects what is true about a Digital Twin Pro system — where your information lives, what can leave your house and when, and what we do and never do. Everything here is written in plain words, and everything here is also stated on the page it belongs to. If anything on this page ever seems to disagree with what your system does, tell us: support@digitaltwinpro.com.

1. Where your data lives

On the appliance, in your house. Your documents, your questions, and what your assistant has learned stay on hardware you own. Local work happens locally — it keeps working when the internet is out, and there is no required AI subscription or per-token fee for it.

2. What can leave the house — the complete list

Nothing routes out by default. Information leaves your appliance only through paths you choose:

External AI you connect

When you choose an external model or connected service, the request and the context required for that workflow may be transmitted to that provider under its terms and your account settings — for that job, on your own account.

Messaging apps you connect

If you talk to your assistant through a messaging app, those messages travel through that app, under its terms.

Support you book

A support or tuning session happens under a written scope you approve. We see what the scope says we see.

Archives you send us

A Life Graph import travels encrypted, is processed under written scope, is loaded onto your appliance or your own storage, and our working copies are then deleted — confirmed in writing.

3. How approvals work

The system blocks outbound network calls by default. When your assistant needs to reach something outside, you approve it — as a one-time approval, a time-bound approval, or a permanent approval — and you can change your mind later. You hold the valve, job by job.

4. The managed channel — what it is and what it carries

Your system is delivered as a managed, turn-key device: it arrives set up, you pair it with your phone to register it, and it is administered over a managed channel built on AWS IoT Greengrass. That channel is how validated updates arrive and how a Managed system reports its own health to us — device status and health data, not your documents or conversations. Fleet deployments go further only by written scope: raw source data stays on site by default, and only the event fields, summaries, and device-health data named in your written deployment scope are transmitted.

5. Backups

Backups live on drives you own. Recovery never depends on our servers. Under Managed Private AI we help you keep backups where you want them and check that they are healthy — but they are yours, in your hands.

6. Deletion — ours, not yours

When we hold your material temporarily — a Life Graph import, a scoped support job — our working copies are removed when the job is done, and you receive a written deletion confirmation. What lives on your appliance is never ours to delete: it is on your hardware, under your control.

7. If you stop Managed Private AI

Everything you own keeps working. The appliance, the assistant, your files, and the supported local workflows it shipped with stay yours. Managed Private AI is how the system stays current, monitored, and tuned over time — pause or stop whenever you like, and restart later if you want to.

8. Payment security

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted checkout. Card details go to the payment processor, not to us — we never see or store your card number. Installment options through Shop Pay are shown at checkout for eligible orders.

9. Warranty, confirmed in writing

Every order is built to order and confirmed with you in writing before we build it. All sales are final, and every system carries a 1-year limited hardware warranty — faults are made right at no cost, under the same written playbook every time. Every system also ships with a documented reset image, so it can always be put back to how it arrived. Full terms: Warranty & terms.

10. Support, from the people who built it

Write to support@digitaltwinpro.com — we typically respond within one business day, Eastern time. Managed owners go to the front of the queue. For anything security-related, put “security” in the subject line and it is routed straight to the people who handle it. Prefer to talk first? Book a 20-minute fit call — if the system is not right for you, we will say so before you spend a dollar.

11. What we never do

  • No ads, and no selling your information — to anyone, ever.
  • No training on your data. Your material is used for your job and nothing else.
  • No silent network traffic — outbound calls are blocked until you approve them.
  • No imported or invented reviews. Owner reviews appear only as real boxes ship.
  • No surprise subscriptions — the box is one payment, and Managed Private AI is optional after the included period.

12. Check our work

The detail behind each promise lives on its own page: Security & privacy for how the boundary is kept, the specifications page for exactly what leaves in each case, Life Graph for how archives are handled start to finish, and the privacy policy for the formal version. We are a small company in Miami, Florida — the people accountable are the people who built your machine, and you can reach them.
