Digital Twin Pro Edge Reserve combines the 16GB NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX platform with a fully assembled carrier board, cooling, wireless, storage, configured software, validation, and onboarding. It is built for professionals who need more local capability than Edge without moving to DGX Spark.

Why 16GB materially matters

Local AI capability is bounded by memory. Doubling memory from 8GB to 16GB lets the system hold larger local models, longer context, and larger document collections at the same time — and the Orin NX platform carries a higher NVIDIA-published AI-performance ceiling (up to 157 sparse INT8 TOPS in Super Mode versus 67 for the Orin Nano Super). That headroom is what professionals feel day to day: heavier multitasking, bigger archives, and larger local models without moving to a workstation.

Not just a RAM upgrade

Unlike Edge, which is built on NVIDIA's standardized developer-kit platform, the Orin NX is a bare module: Digital Twin Pro selects, assembles, and validates the carrier board, thermal solution and fan, wireless, storage, and enclosure around it, then installs and tests the same supported software image family that every Digital Twin Pro ships with. Each unit is burn-in and thermal tested before it ships.

Choose Edge if you're one owner with everyday private workflows: approved documents, drafting, summaries, and compact local models. It is the evergreen product and the right first system for most buyers.

Choose Edge Reserve if you're a professional who wants larger local models and more headroom on an appliance-class device.

Choose Spark if you need workstation-class capability: 128GB unified memory, 4TB self-encrypting NVMe, AI development, or team use.

Why inventory is limited

Edge Reserve is assembled from our current allocation of Jetson Orin NX 16GB modules. Module pricing and channel availability have shifted significantly, so we build and sell this configuration in limited batches from inventory we have already secured and validated. When the current batch sells out, the availability list opens — future batches depend on supply economics we won't promise in advance.

Warranty, returns, and lead time

One-year limited hardware warranty; a dedicated reserve of matching components backs warranty replacements for this batch. 15-day evaluation return-request window per the Refund Policy. Configured and tested in approximately 5–7 business days before shipment; you'll receive confirmation by email.
