Remote Operations Session

A single owner-authorized remote support session. You approve access, we do the agreed work — troubleshooting, configuration changes, a software refresh, integration fixes, or recovery assistance — and access ends when the session is done.

Depending on your deployment, the session uses Tailscale SSH, AWS IoT Greengrass, or another approved secure-access method. Access is scoped to the approved work and logged where supported. We schedule by email after purchase and confirm the scope in writing before the session begins.
