What is already done when you begin
There is no machine to build or ship and nothing to install, so your assistant is ready in days. When our letter says it is ready, ask it for something from Telegram or by email, and change its name if you like.
How the chat apps are connected
Today it is reachable from Telegram, and by email; Slack is next. Tell us which ones you want it reachable from and we connect them — that is part of the running of it. Ask for another later and we add it; ask us to remove one and we remove it, confirmed in writing.
What stays yours
Your assistant answers from your own encrypted space in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, and every record in that space is scoped to you — never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else's model. You tell us which of your folders it may read and which apps it is reachable from, and you hold the scope in writing.
Using your assistant in a chat app
Once an app is connected you can message your assistant there the way you message anyone else, by typing or by speaking. Messages are scrambled while they travel.
If a message does not reach it
Write to support@digitaltwinpro.com and tell us what you sent and from where. Working out why is our job, not yours; we reply in writing within one business day.
