What you get for $1,950

A written scope: what can be loaded and learned, what cannot, how long it would take, and what an assistant would be able to do with it. Alongside it, a working demonstration — built on a sample of your own material rather than on somebody else's, answering from your records and citing the one each answer came from. You keep both, whether or not you go any further.

The $1,950 you paid comes off the price of the first year — every dollar of it. The letter that delivers your Assessment carries a one-use link; order through it and the credit is applied at checkout, and the same written scope you already hold is the one we load to. $9,995 the first year — everything included. $5,995 each year after. What it is not

It is delivered work: we write to you when we begin, and from that day it is not refundable. If we can see that we cannot serve you well, we decline the commission and return it in full rather than take it. The written scope and the demonstration come to you in your Assessment letter, with the one-use link that credits the fee against the first year. Everything between us is in writing — no calls at any step.

What comes with the first year

An encrypted space of your own in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services; your archive loaded, by hand, to the written scope; your assistant built on it — answering from your own records, with citations — never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else's model; your assistant named, the jobs it does for you every day and its connections set up by us; and twelve months of the service. There is no machine to build or ship, so it is ready in days. When the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed in writing.

One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. Several homes, several offices, or staff spread across sites: by conversation, scoped in writing. Not sure which you are?
