Your history, loaded before it arrives

Most assistants start out as strangers. Yours does not have to. Loading your history is part of joining: before your machine ships, the records you approve — documents, mail, notes, years of paperwork — are organised and put on board, so day one starts with an assistant that already knows the story so far.

Why this is where the magic is

The information that actually runs your life was never meant to be public — the mail, agreements, records, notes, and decisions of decades. That is exactly the material the internet-trained AI apps have never seen, and it is where nearly all of an assistant’s real usefulness comes from. Ask “what did we agree on the renewal?” and the answer comes back as your clause, quoted, from your signed file — because your file is in there.

What your membership includes

Home — Starter scope

A tidy archive: your documents, notes, and the mail and records you pick. Sorted, de-duplicated, indexed, and loaded before your machine ships.

Studio — Professional scope

More than one account. Decades of business records. Scanned papers, and photos with text in them. Reviewed at every pass.

Estate & Office — the full archive program

Everything, across people, companies, and properties — mapped, categorised your way, and run under your written scope.

Bigger than your included scope? Additional loads are agreed by written scope, with media — audio and video, written out as text — quoted in writing before work begins. Nothing is guessed at: you get the scope in writing, and nothing is processed before you say yes.

What we can take in

Email

Exports from one account or many.

Documents & PDFs

Contracts, records, reports, spreadsheets.

Notes & projects

Note apps, project folders, wikis.

Scans

Scanned paper and photos of documents — reading the text out of them is included.

Audio & video

By written scope, quoted in writing before work begins — transcribed and indexed like everything else.

Handled start to finish — then erased from our systems

  1. You approve the scope, in writing

What goes in, what stays out, and how long it will take — agreed before anything moves.

  2. Your archive travels encrypted

By a method agreed in your written scope. Working copies exist only for your job, and only the people doing the work can touch them.

  3. We organise and load it

Duplicates stripped, text pulled, people and dates connected, everything indexed — then loaded onto your machine before it ships.

  4. Then erased from our systems, and confirmed in writing

Our working copies are deleted when the job is done. You get the deletion confirmation in writing, alongside a report of exactly what went in.

A word about legal files and privileged material. If your archive contains letters between you and your lawyer, or work your lawyer prepared for you, tell us before you send anything. Handing that material to any outside company can, in some situations, affect the legal protection it carries — that is a question for your lawyer, not for us. What we can do is offer a path where the material never leaves your control: the work done at your place, on your machine, with no access to the contents on our side. Say so when we scope your onboarding and we will plan it that way.

And regulated material — health, legal, financial — is flagged during scoping, and handled to rules we agree in writing before anything is transferred.

Loaded once, then kept alive

The load is the beginning, not the whole story. Because the care is part of the service, new records are folded in as life produces them — the brain never goes stale, and nobody re-does the archive next year. And everything it holds lives on the machine on your shelf: stay a year, and that machine — and everything it has learned — is yours to keep.

Not sure what your archive would need? Tell us roughly what exists — file types, how much, how far back — and we reply with a written scope. Do not send the material itself; scoping never needs it.

Day one, already knowing you

Your history loaded before it ships, then kept current for as long as you stay — all part of the membership.
