One membership covers the machine, the assistant, and everything it takes to keep both excellent. This page is the full list — what the service handles for you, what each configuration includes, and the few things that can be added by written scope. There is no start fee and nothing else to buy: the year is the whole price.
What the service covers
Hardware, shipping, and setup are part of the service. It arrives working — plug in, point your phone at the card, say hello. And if it breaks, we fix or replace it. Our job, not yours.
Validated updates come to your machine as they are ready, and new abilities arrive as they are released. Your assistant thinks with this year’s AI, not last year’s — and you never install anything.
Regular health checks, on a schedule. The machine reports only its own health to us — never your conversations or files — so problems surface to us early instead of waiting for you to notice.
Backups live on drives you own, in your home. We help you keep them where you want them and check that they are healthy — but they are yours, in your hands. Recovery never depends on our servers. Any ordinary USB drive works — you provide it, and setting it up is part of onboarding.

Email, calendar, messaging, files — connected by us, under your own accounts. Two on Home, five on Studio, scoped on Estate.

When we work on your machine — the support line, in plain words
Most care never touches the inside of your machine: updates and health reports travel over one purpose-built channel that carries device health only — which machine it is, whether it is healthy, whether the last backup verified — and can never carry your documents or conversations. Caring for the machine never requires looking inside it.
Sometimes a fix needs more — a settings change, a recovery, a new connection. That works like a service visit you approve first: you approve it before it opens, we do the agreed work, you know when it starts and when it ends, and the door closes behind us. No standing access, ever — and you can end a session at any time just by saying stop. Each one closes with a written note of what was done.
The valve, while we are at it. Your machine blocks every outbound call until you approve it. When your assistant needs to reach something beyond the house, it asks first, and you decide how far the permission goes:

Beyond what your configuration includes: another account, app, or source, connected for you under your own account — scoped in writing within your membership.
The same assistant, same memory, in another room or another home — hardware included, arranged within your membership by conversation.
Histories beyond your included scope — more accounts, more decades, more formats, including media transcription — by written scope, quoted in writing before anything starts.
Special routines, deep document systems, unusual cases. Scoped and quoted fixed, in writing, before anything starts.
Anything priced “by scope” is confirmed in writing before work begins, and nothing starts before you say yes. That is how everything here works: stated plainly, agreed first.
