The strongest commercial models are part of the service — chosen by us for each kind of work, reached over private networking inside our own cloud boundary, and billed inside the fee. No meter, no extra bill.
Backups run continuously, encrypted, and restoring them is our job. And you can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time, so your records are never out of your reach.

How your accounts are connected — said plainly
We connect your accounts — mail, calendar, files, messaging — under your own logins, to the written scope. The credentials that make those connections are held server-side in a secrets vault, retrieved just in time for the work that needs them, and never shown to the models. Connecting something new, or widening what your assistant may reach, is yours to allow — and everything it does is logged, so what happened is checkable rather than a matter of trust.
The valve, while we are at it. Nothing consequential moves without your yes: your assistant sends nothing and books nothing until you approve it, and it never moves money or signs anything. An approval covers the job you gave it and then expires — a yes is not forever — and everything is logged.

One price for the household or practice — no per-person charge. One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. The fee covers the ordinary use of one household or one practice, and nothing is ever metered. A standing scheme of extraordinary work — automation at a scale beyond ordinary household or practice life — is scoped with you in writing first. The renewal figure named in your confirmation letter holds for as long as you renew without a break. If the figure we ask of new clients ever changes, it applies to new confirmations only — never to yours.
What can be added
Everything else is added to the first year, not chosen instead of it: the Assessment before it, several homes or offices by written scope, and the service renewed each year at $5,995. Dedicated private hardware is a door we keep open — the architecture keeps a clean place for it, and we will add it when it is warranted; we do not promise a date, and we do not promise it will happen. The first year costs more because it contains the preparation — your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it — as well as the first year of the service; every year after is the service running.
