Throughout every paid year the service is our responsibility. If it breaks, we fix it — you will never be asked to diagnose anything — and if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned.

We are new and we are small. So rather than ask you to weigh up strangers’ opinions, here is what we commit to on paper — before you pay anything, and again in the letter that confirms your year.
Your material lives in an encrypted space of your own, in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Every record in it is scoped to you — your files, your messages, what your assistant remembers of them — encrypted at rest, and encrypted whenever it moves.
Never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else’s model. No advertising touches it, and nothing about you is ever sold — not now, not later.
When your assistant thinks, it reaches the models inside the same boundary as everything else, without travelling across the open internet. They see only the minimum a given piece of work needs, and what they see is not used to train them and not shared with the companies that make them. The strongest commercial models are part of the service, paid for out of the same fee: no meter, no extra bill.
You receive the written scope of your material first, and nothing is loaded until you hold it. Ask us to delete something and you get written confirmation that it is gone.
Your archive is prepared and loaded by hand, to that scope, and your assistant is built on it — so it begins already knowing your history rather than starting as a stranger.

Backups run continuously, encrypted, and restoring them is our job. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time — not only when something has gone wrong — and you receive it.

Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure and the link; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year.
And the one that costs us the most: we read every order, and if we cannot serve you well we say so in writing and return every dollar. Until that letter you may withdraw in writing; from it the year is final. We would rather turn someone away than take a year's fee for a poor fit.

You keep your own material — you always held the originals, and you can ask for a complete copy at any time — the written scopes, the written record of what was loaded, and, if you took it, the Assessment's scope and demonstration.
