The other address

One machine, yours alone, in a locked cabinet.

Not a share of someone else’s computer. Not a seat in a service that thousands of other people are also sitting in. A single machine, named, keyed to you, standing in a locked cabinet in a guarded building — and wiped to written confirmation the day you leave.

It is the same assistant that lives in the appliance, set up the same way by the same hands and loaded with the same history. The only difference is the address, and it costs the same either way. Choose it if there is no shelf at home you want it on, or if you would rather not wait for a machine to be built and shipped.

What the cabinet gives you

  • It starts sooner — there is no machine to build or ship to you
  • Nothing arrives, nothing is installed, nothing sits on a shelf
  • If the hardware fails, you will not know it happened

What it costs you

  • Nothing vests. There is no machine of yours to become yours — stay ten years and you still own nothing.
  • It needs an internet connection. The appliance works with the router unplugged; this does not.
  • We cannot tell you it physically cannot leave your house, because it was never in your house.
  • It costs us more to run than the appliance does, and we absorb that. It is not a discount and it is not a saving.

And if you change your mind

Move it into the house later and the assistant goes with its whole memory intact — same name, same history, nothing to set up twice. Ownership then begins vesting from the day the machine arrives. We would rather you ended up with the machine, and we will say so.

  • Local by default
  • You approve anything external
  • Arrives configured and loaded
  • Hand-assembled in Miami
  • If it breaks, we fix or replace it

Instead of a star rating

What we put in writing.

The cabinet asks less of you than the appliance does and costs the same, so the trade has to be stated rather than sold. Here is what we commit to on paper.

One machine, yours alone

Not a share of someone else's computer and not a seat in a service. A single machine, named and keyed to you, in a locked cabinet in a guarded building.

You hold the valve

Nothing goes to an outside model unless you let it — once, for a while, or always. Local to your machine by default; external only when you choose.

Wiped, to written confirmation

The day you leave, your machine is wiped and you are told so in writing. Ask us to delete something sooner and you get the same confirmation.

Written scopes

You are told in writing what we loaded and what we can see. Nothing about your household is inferred from a policy you have to trust.

Never trained on, never sold

Your household is not training data and is not a product. No models learn from it, no advertising touches it, and nothing about you is ever sold.

Nothing on it is your job

Updates, backups, monitoring and repair are ours. You will not be asked to diagnose anything, ever.

The same price, either address

Housing your machine with us costs us more to run than shipping you one, and we absorb it. There is no surcharge, no monthly plan, and no cheaper option to feel you missed.

Nothing vests

There is no machine of yours to become yours. If ownership matters to you, the appliance is the one to apply for — and we would rather you did.

And the one that costs us the most: if we cannot serve you exceptionally, we will say so in writing before you commit to a year.

Answers before you apply

What does it cost?

One membership covers everything: the machine, onboarding done before it ships, your history loaded, integrations connected, the care, and human support. The founding year is $8,995 for Home and $19,995 for Studio — list is $10,995 and $24,995 once the sixteen founding seats are gone — and founders renew at $4,995 and $11,995, locked for as long as membership is continuous. Estate & Office starts at $36,000 a year and is scoped by conversation.

How does it begin?

It begins with the Archive Assessment — $1,950 for Home, $3,950 for Studio. We catalogue a slice of your records and hand back a written scope plus a working demonstration built on your own material, which you keep either way. It reserves your numbered seat, and is credited in full against your founding year. It is delivered work, not a deposit: once we begin it is not refundable, and if we cannot serve you exceptionally we decline the commission and return it rather than take it.

Can I try it first?

No. Every system is built for one member and loaded with their world, so there is nothing generic to lend out and take back. What protects you instead: a written review of your application before any invitation — if it is not right for you, we will say so in writing — your founding year confirmed with you in writing before it begins, the 72-hour arrival guarantee, and a warranty that makes repairs our job.

Why not just use one of the AI apps?

Because an app you rent is a room in someone else’s building: your questions travel to its computers, the subscription never ends, and it never adds up to anything you own. This machine reads and answers in your house — and after a year it is yours. The side-by-side: your assistant vs the AI apps →

Who gets accepted?

Members whose archives and households we can serve exceptionally — that is the whole test. You apply in writing, we review your application, and if it fits you receive an invitation with a 10-day window. If it does not fit, we will say so — in writing, before any invitation.

What do I own?

Stay a year, and the machine — and everything it has learned — is yours to keep. Until then, looking after it is our job: if it breaks, we fix or replace it — our job, not yours.

What if I cancel after year one?

The machine keeps working, on your shelf, without us — it is yours, and so is everything it has learned. If you stay instead, you renew at your founding rate, locked for as long as your membership is continuous.
