What an “AI butler” actually is

People who search for an AI butler are usually describing something quite specific: help that already knows the household, notices what is coming, and does not need to be told twice. That is a fair description of what we build. It is also worth being plain about what it is not.

The short version

One assistant, on one machine, holding your household’s own records and answering from them. It arrives set up and already loaded — nothing to install, nothing to configure. It works with the internet unplugged. $8,995 for the founding year, everything included, by written application. Sixteen numbered memberships in total: twelve Home, four Studio.

Where the analogy holds

  • It already knows the household. Your papers are loaded before it reaches you, so the first thing you ask is answered from your own records rather than from the internet.
  • It is discreet. Kept in your house, it physically cannot leave the building and needs no internet connection to work. Kept in our locked cabinet instead, it is one machine, yours alone, named and keyed to you — and wiped to written confirmation the day you leave.
  • Nothing on it is your job. Updates, monitoring, backups, health checks and repairs are ours. While you subscribe, if it breaks we fix or replace it.
  • It keeps what it learns. Kept in your house, ownership vests at twelve months: stay a year and the machine, and everything it has learned, is yours to keep.

Where the analogy breaks

A butler is a person. This is not one. There is nobody in your house, nobody on the phone, and no calls at any step — everything between us is written, deliberately, because writing leaves a record you can hold us to. If what you actually want is staff, this is the wrong thing to buy, and we would rather say so here than later.

What it costs

One figure, one bill, and no meter on your own machine — no start fee and no usage charge, whatever you ask it in a given month.

  • Home — $8,995 the founding year. Renews at $4,995, locked for as long as your membership is continuous. List price after the founding sixteen is $10,995.
  • Studio — $19,995 the founding year. For a heavier working life, or a whole practice. Renews at $11,995. List price after is $24,995.
  • Estate & Office — from $36,000 a year, by conversation. Several homes or sites, with written reviews.

Both addresses cost the same. Where it lives is your choice, and the difference is told plainly rather than priced: in your house ownership vests at twelve months, and in our cabinet nothing vests, because there is no machine of yours to vest — and that arrangement needs an internet connection, which the one in your house does not. These figures do not move before 11 September 2027.

How it begins

Not with a year. The first paid step is the Archive Assessment — $1,950 for Home, $3,950 for Studio. You choose a slice of your household’s records, whichever slice you would most like handled, and we catalogue what is actually in it. You receive a written scope of what can be loaded and what cannot, alongside a working demonstration built on a sample of your own material rather than somebody else’s. You keep both, whichever way you then decide.

It is delivered work, not the Archive Assessment and not a trial. Once we begin it is not refundable, and it is credited in full against your founding year. If we can see that we cannot serve you exceptionally, we decline the commission and return it rather than take it.

What happens next

A short written application, reviewed with care, and a written answer within days. If we cannot serve you at the standard we hold ourselves to, we say so plainly, before you have committed to anything.
