How do I plug in my Digital Twin Pro?
1. Plug the power adapter into Digital Twin Pro, then into a wall outlet. 2. Run the Ethernet cable from your router to the port on the back. A wired connection is the steadiest way to start.
How do I connect my phone to it?
1. Wait for the box to finish starting up. You will know it is ready when the lights settle. 2. Point your phone's camera at the card in the box — that's the whole setup. 3. Your phone opens a page. Follow it to claim the box as yours.
That page is your assistant's app on your phone. It arrives with a name, and you can change it.
How do I find my way around the app?
The home screen shows you how the box is doing: whether it is running well, how much room is left for your files, and whether there is anything new to install. Tap Dashboard to see the details and change your settings, including backups and what you share.
What can I do from the app?
It is your control panel. Connect the chat apps you use, decide which folders your assistant may read, choose what stays home and what doesn't, copy a backup to a drive you own, and check how the box is running — all from your phone.
How do I keep it secure?
Digital Twin Pro answers your questions inside the box by default, so what you ask it stays in the house. Claim the box so only you can reach it, look through your sharing settings once, and copy a backup to your own drive from time to time. That is the whole routine.
What if something goes wrong?
Start with the first checks — most problems are a cable or a restart. If that doesn't do it, write to us from the app. And if you would rather have a person do it with you, a one-time Expert Session ($349) is there whenever you want it.
