What is ready, and what you do
There is no machine and nothing to install. When we write that your assistant is ready, ask it for something from the messaging app you already use. It already knows the material we loaded, it comes with a name, and you can change it.
How do I reach my assistant?
From the messaging app you already use, the way you message anyone else — today, Telegram or email. There is nothing to install and no screen, keyboard or mouse to look after.
Who looks after it?
We do. Monitoring and health checks; updates brought to it by us — you never install anything; backups that run continuously and encrypted, restored by us. If the service breaks, we fix it; if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. Our job, not yours, and you will never be asked to diagnose anything.
What can I change?
Its name, which of your folders your assistant may read, and which chat apps it is reachable from. Ask us and you get the scope of the change in writing. Which models do the thinking is not a setting any more: the strongest commercial models are part of the service, chosen by us for each kind of work and paid for out of the same fee.
What if something is not right?
