Digital Twin Pro does not send your questions, files, conversations or your assistant's memory to us or to anyone else for study or analytics. That is switched off in the software every box ships with, and we check it on each unit before it leaves.

1. By default, your box does the thinking itself. What you ask it and what it reads stay there unless you turn on an outside service. 2. There is room for a lot: the box comes with its own fast drive already fitted, so your papers and conversations have somewhere safe to live.
What Are My Options for Connecting External AI Models?
You can connect the AI services you already use — Claude, GPT or Gemini — and it's optional. You sign in with your own account, so those jobs are billed to you and handled under that company's terms. Whatever you don't send out stays home. The connect an outside service guide walks through it.
How Do I Set Up My Device for Local Processing?
1. Plug in power and the Ethernet cable. 2. Point your phone's camera at the card in the box — that's the whole setup. 3. Follow the page that opens to claim the box and finish setting it up.
What Are the Privacy Benefits of Local Processing?
The less your information travels, the less can happen to it. Because the box answers you itself, what you ask it stays on your appliance unless you send it out — there is no company on the other end holding it, and nothing to opt out of. It also means your assistant still works when the internet is down.
Can I Upgrade My Device's Security and Support?
Covered fixes apply to the version it shipped with. Newer versions arrive two ways: under Managed Private AI (three months included with every system), or as a one-time Expert Session ($349).
What Happens to the Data When I Use External Models?
When you send a job to an outside service, the question and any files attached to it go out scrambled and are read by that company so it can answer. The answer comes straight back to your box, or to a drive on your own network. You decide which jobs go out, and the box shows you when one did.
