The longer you use an assistant, the more it knows about you — and the more that memory is worth. Three questions follow: where it lives, what your family keeps, and what is deleted. All three are answered in writing, and they are answered below.
What the memory is, and whose
An assistant that has read your paperwork for a few years holds something no rented app has ever held about you: the record of how your world actually fits together — what the roof work cost, who was promised what, where the originals are. Digital Twin Pro is a private assistant service: one assistant, built on your own material and run entirely by us, in your own encrypted space in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services. What it learns about you serves you and nobody else — never pooled, never shared, never used to improve anyone else's model. It has a name from the first day, and you can change it.
Where the memory lives
In your own encrypted space in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Every record in it is scoped to you — your files, your messages, the assistant's memory of them — encrypted at rest with keys held in AWS KMS, and encrypted whenever it moves. The stores that hold it have no public endpoints; there is no address on the open internet where your archive can be asked for.

What it costs to keep it going
One bill. $9,995 the first year — everything included. $5,995 each year after. The first year costs more because it contains the preparation — your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it — as well as the first year of the service; every year after is the service running. There is no charge for using it more.
Backups of your material run continuously and encrypted, and restoring them is our job. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time, and receive it — so your records never depend on us. And while you subscribe, the service is our responsibility: if it breaks, we fix it, and if we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. That guarantee replaced the hardware warranty of our first years; there is no machine any more to repair or replace.
What your family keeps
Your own material — you always held the originals, and a complete copy of everything you gave us is yours on request, at any time, not only at the end. Alongside it: the written scope of everything we loaded, and the written record of everything deleted. Ask us to correct or delete something the assistant remembers and it is honored, confirmed in writing.
If someone else is to carry the service on after you, that is settled with us in writing; nothing about it happens on its own.
What is deleted, and when
The year runs to its anniversary. Thirty days before each one we write with the figure — $5,995 — and the direct link to renew; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time and it takes effect at the end of the paid year; a year confirmed in our letter is final.
When the service ends — because you stopped, or because an anniversary passed without the link being used — we write once more, and then your space and everything in it is deleted, each step confirmed to you in writing. Nothing about you stays behind.
For an estate, that symmetry is the point. While the service runs, the memory is yours alone. When it ends, your family holds the copy and the written record — and we hold nothing.
