The Document-QA Starter: Ask Your Files Anything

The problem: the answer exists. It is in a contract, a manual or a letter — somewhere in a folder you would rather not spend an afternoon in.

The template

Answer this from the files in that folder only. Quote the lines you used and tell me which document each one came from. If the answer is not in there, say so plainly — do not fill the gap with a guess.

Say it once to your assistant — yours arrives with a name, and you can change it — and it holds for every question after that.

The two rules that make it trustworthy

"From those files only" stops your assistant from smoothing over a gap with something that merely sounds right. "Say so plainly" gets you the honest miss. The first time you hear "that is not in your documents," you will trust every answer that follows a great deal more.

The objection that answers itself

People stop at the same spot: "I am not uploading my files anywhere." That is the right instinct. It is also the reason this belongs on Digital Twin Pro — the small box your assistant lives in. Your assistant reads your files and remembers where each thing is, right there on your shelf, so your folder stays on your appliance unless you turn on an outside service. The objection is not in the way of this idea. It is the argument for it.

One decision, and then it is handled

One price, and one way to begin.

The same assistant at either address, for the same price. Begin with the first year; if you like, add the Archive Assessment before it — delivered work you keep, credited in full.

The first year

$8,995

Everything included. $4,995 each year after.

Begin the first year — $8,995

Or add the Archive Assessment first — $1,950, credited in full

The first year costs more because it contains the Jetson Orin placed and configured, your archive loaded and the first training run; every year after is the service running. You order and pay at checkout; we write back within days — a decline returns every dollar, and until our letter confirms the year you may withdraw in writing. From that letter the year is final, and it arrives on the date the letter names.

We answer in writing, within one business day — and if we cannot serve you well we say so before our letter confirms a year. Prefer to write to us first?
