Every Sunday at six, put all our family calendars together and send me the week ahead: who is where, what needs signing or bringing, and which evenings both of us are double-booked. Flag any new clash the moment it appears, not the morning of.
Say it once to your assistant — yours has a name from the first day, and you can change it — and Sunday takes care of itself from then on.

"The moment they appear, not the morning of" is the whole thing. Anyone can list a week. Catching the double-booked Thursday on Monday is what turns your assistant from a bulletin board into the person who actually runs the household.

A complete copy of your material is yours on request, at any time, and when the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed to you in writing.
