Digital Twin Pro is a private assistant service — one assistant, built on your own material and run entirely by us in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services — and the reason for that change is written plainly. What has not changed is how we price: one service, one price, every assumption shown. Your archive prepared and loaded by hand, your assistant built on it, the models, the connections, and all the care are inside the price. Below is the whole picture, so nothing surprises you later.
What are the prices?
$9,995 the first year — everything included. $5,995 each year after. Before it, if you like, the Archive Assessment: $1,950, credited in full. The first year costs more because it contains the preparation — your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it — as well as the first year of the service; every year after is the service running.
In short: one price, above. Annual only — there is no monthly option, no start fee, and no per-person charge. One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. Several homes, several offices, or staff spread across sites: by conversation, scoped in writing. Not sure which you are? What is inside the price?
The preparation: your archive prepared and loaded by hand under a written scope, and your assistant built on it, so answers come from your own records, with citations. Your connections set up for you. The models themselves — the strongest commercial models are part of the service, chosen by us for each kind of work and billed inside the fee, so there is no meter and no bill at the end of a heavy month. And all the care: the running of it, continuous encrypted backups — restoring them is our job — and human support in writing while the service runs. There is no machine to build or ship, so it is ready in days.
What do I still pay for myself?
Nearly nothing. Internet, which you already have, and sales tax at checkout where it applies. There is nothing to power, nothing to maintain, and no usage charge — using it more does not move the bill. That is the whole list.
How does it compare with the household stack?
A typical household paying for two or three AI tools spends about $40–60 a month; a power user is often past $100 a month. What happens at the end of a year?
Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure — $5,995 — and the direct renewal link; nothing renews unless you use it. Stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year. When the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed to you in writing. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time — not only on the way out — and you keep your material, the Assessment's scope and demonstration, and the written record.
What if something breaks?
Throughout every paid year, the service is our responsibility: if it breaks, we fix it — that is our job, not yours. If we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned. And before the year is confirmed, you are protected: a decline returns every dollar, and until our letter confirms the year you may withdraw in writing.
