An assistant made for one family or one practice, built on your own material, and run, end to end, by us — in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services. This is the first year, and everything is in it.

What the first year contains, in the order it happens

1. A written scope of your material. What can be loaded and learned, what cannot, how long it would take, and what your assistant will be able to do with it. If you commissioned the Archive Assessment first, this is the work you already hold.
2. Your space, prepared. An encrypted space of your own in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, with every record in it scoped to you and nobody else. There is no machine to build or ship, which is why it is ready in days.
3. Your archive loaded, by hand, to the written scope. Our letter tells you how to send it; we load it under that scope, and our working copies are erased afterwards, confirmed to you in writing. The scope is about what can be loaded, not how much: your archive, whatever its size, is inside the first year.
4. Your assistant, built on it — and named. You can change the name. Your archive is loaded and organized so answers come from your own records, with citations — never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else's model. The jobs it does for you every day without being asked are set up before you say hello.
5. Its connections, made by us. Your email, calendar, messages and files — Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Telegram among them — each connected under its own written scope. You reach it from the messaging app you already use — nothing to install, nothing to learn.
6. Twelve months of the service. The running of it, your assistant learning as your material grows, updates brought to it by us — you never install anything — monitoring, continuous encrypted backups, a complete copy of your material whenever you ask for one, and human support in writing.
7. The service guarantee. Throughout every paid year, the service is our responsibility. If it breaks, we fix it — our job, not yours. If we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned.

Where it lives

Your assistant runs in our private cloud on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Your material lives in a sealed, encrypted space of your own: every record in it is scoped to you, encrypted at rest with keys held in AWS KMS, and encrypted whenever it moves, and the stores that hold it have no public endpoints — there is no address on the open internet where your archive can be asked for. When your assistant thinks, it reaches the models through Amazon Bedrock, inside the same boundary as everything else, over private networking rather than the public internet. What happens after you order

In the cart you tell us who is in the household, what you would like handled, and what must stay outside the scope; that is what we read. You order the first year and pay at checkout. Within days we write back with one of two letters: a decline, with every dollar returned, or our confirmation, which sets down the year, the anniversary date and the renewal figure. Until that confirmation you may withdraw in writing and we return every dollar; from it the year is final — the date is not: if the date it names will not do, say so by return and we find one that does. Your assistant is built, named and loaded in days, and the year begins on the date in the letter. Everything between us is written — no calls at any step.

The years after

Your year runs from the day it begins — the date in our letter — and that day is the anniversary. Buying the first year is the sign-up; there is no second form. Thirty days before each anniversary we write with the figure — $5,995 — and the direct link to renew. Nothing renews unless you use that link. The renewal figure named in your confirmation letter holds for as long as you renew without a break; new figures only ever apply to new confirmations. You may stop in writing at any time, effective at the end of the paid year; a year already begun is final. If the anniversary passes without the link, the year ends there: we write once more, then your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed to you in writing. A complete copy of your material is yours for the asking at any time — before the end, or on the way out — so nothing of yours ever depends on staying.

Said plainly

• One assistant, yours alone. Your material sits in your own encrypted space, scoped to you and nobody else — never pooled, never shared, never used to train anyone else's model — and when the service ends, your space and everything in it is deleted, confirmed in writing.
• The fee covers the ordinary use of one household or one practice, and nothing is ever metered. A standing scheme of extraordinary work — automation at a scale beyond ordinary household or practice life — is scoped with you in writing first.
• A year confirmed in our letter is final, because the work is done for one household or one practice — your archive prepared by hand, your assistant built on it — and there is nothing generic to lend out.
• The strongest commercial models are part of the service — chosen by us for each kind of work, and paid for out of the same fee. No extra bill, ever.
• No charge for using it more: a heavy week and a light week cost exactly the same.
• Backups run continuously and encrypted; restoring them is our job. You can ask for a complete copy of your material at any time, and receive it.
• If the service breaks, we fix it. If we cannot, the remainder of the paid year is returned.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars; sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Already hold an Assessment?

The $1,950 you paid comes off the price of the first year — every dollar of it. The letter that delivers your Assessment carries a one-use link; order through it and the credit is applied at checkout, with nothing to type and nothing to ask for. Check that the checkout shows it before you pay; if it does not, or you cannot find the letter, write to us and we send a fresh link the same day. The link does not expire.

One home under one roof, or one practice in one office, is the first year — however many of you there are. Several homes, several offices, or staff spread across sites: by conversation, scoped in writing. Not sure which you are?
